Good picture, lousy sound, terrible apps

Response time on apps was very slow, now 2.5 years Roku sound stopped working properly on the TV, I tried everything else but it was a software issue with the TV that never fixed because the software simply does not update as others mentioned. Now even youtubed won't load due to obsolete software on the TV. terrible apps experience!!

good picture and wireless netflix is convenient. The remote is slow to respond and does not indicate if a command has been issued and the remote needs a very clear line of site and often fails.
