TV is lightweight and installed on wall mount easily. Works great, using for off air signal HD. Auto tunes perfect. Smart good. Very happy I bought this TV

Focus is a bit Fuzzy in spite of all the adjustments we've tried.The Audio Volume is Weak.It needs a Good 5G wireless Board because the standard board used is weak and it will not recognize the Ethernet connection. the TV never Updates the Apps or Software.It also should have more than one way to connect to an AV Stereo.
Pros: easy to use menu
Cons: poor networking, can't use the apps

Wifi dongle doesnt work

Setup the wifi first day and used for month and the Wireless USB adapter slowly started to deteriorate. Took about two months but wont connect at all now. Ran a ethernet cable across room to plug TV in for internet. Not pleasant, I'm not sure new one will be any better. Trying to come up with other alternatives. The rest of the experience was good.

This TV is absolutely horrible. We purchased it after an apartment fire for our bedroom because it had Netflix and Hulu Plus apps already installed. The issue is that, every time we turn the TV on, we have to go back through our network settings MULTIPLE TIMES before it connects to our wireless internet. All other devices in our home will work, but this TV will not. We have another brand SmartTV in our living room that works perfectly every time. This is junk, and Id like to throw it out the window.

Multiple use TV

The manufactured home community we live in supplies cable tv for us. Because of some channels having poor picture quality (over time), the management decided to install a new system. While that increased the number of channels, it required that we have a "converter box" that management gave to us. The problem was the converter boxes; they didn't last before going kaflooey. The secretary suggested getting a new TV; not the answer I was expecting. BUT, I found an outlet that had Smart TVs for sale and liked the Philips 4000 series that sold it for a very reasonable price.
After installing it, it was fairly easy to program it. The unit did most of the programming itself while I only had to answer specific questions. I got to the area where I could search for the community channels and at first and then found that it was not set on "Cable." Once I did that it found all the channels.
Being able to use the 4000 Series for other things, such as, looking at media that is taken from a thumb drive is also a plus.
Overall, this is a great tv that will last me quite a while.

This TV is barely smart

I only had Netflix and YouTube. The TV wouldn't allow me to download any other apps. My HDMI cords didn't work and I couldn't connect my laptop.

Nice tv, poor audio

Picture is very crisp. Sharp images. Only problem is audio. Sound does not auto adjust during commercials. One min it's perfect and them a commercial comes on and it blows your eats drums out.
Pros: sharp picture quality
Cons: poor audio
