Appropriate for small space

I had to buy this when I first moved into my condo. There really weren't many options as far as stackable units that fit in a closet, and Whirlpool was highly recommended. However, I'm not entirely pleased with the unit, as my clothes continue to come out of the wash full of lint, even when I clean the filter in the agitator. The dryer works ok. Sometimes I have to run the load through the dryer another half cycle.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Perfect combination washer/electric dryer

This washer/dryer is perfect. All my laundry comes out really clean, and the dryer is great. No problems at all, except that the dryer door is a little hard to open. Thanks for a great washer dryer for a small space!

We bought this washer/dryer combo unit because it is exactly like the old one it replaces, and because it was the only unit that would fit in the tiny space that we have. The old one was at least 10 years old, and it was great. This new one looks the same, has the same features, and feels just as sturdy/reliable. It's lack of complex electronic features is actually a plus in my book, since it means less components that could possibly fail. The only complaint I have, and it is a minor complaint, is that the washer is somewhat loud while it is filling with water.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have been extremely pleased with the combination washer / dryer unit I purchased. I am able to wash everything except comforters, which would be difficult for even a large capacity unit.I would highly recommend this unit for anyone with limited laundry room space!
