The product didn't work properly until we had it serviced

The washer was leaking each time we used it for the first few washes, so we had to have it repaired, and a new part had to be installed to prevent it from leaking. Once it was repaired, it works fine. It's a great space-saving washer and dryer unit, but I wouldn't recommend it because of the fact it wasn't working properly when it was installed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I like this washer dryer combination because it is small and I was able to put it in my closet in the bathroom. It washes the perfect amount of clothes for me, and I was surprised how many garments I was able to put into the washer. I had never set the dryer on automatic with my previous dryer because the clothes never were completely dry. With this dryer every time I use the automatic setting my clothes are dry, and it doesn't seem to take that long. Not having to run up and down the stairs is what I love most about it.

I think this is the best product I could have chosen for my needs. It will be used by my mother in an area of my home designed for her to live independently. So far I have been very pleased with this laundry option.
