It is okay.

I bought this in less than a year. I seldom use the oven and yet the computer part broke. I called the the costumer service, they set up the home service. The guy changed the computer part and now it is working good. It was okay because it broke in less than a year but i was able to use the factory warranty.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Works just how I expected it to.
The only thing I'd change is the child lock. When I hold the button to unlock I have to wait about 10 seconds for the oven to unlock.

Great product but...

The black cooktop scratches easily.. Don't get me wrong I love the oven especially the meat temp probe, but the ceramic cooktop scratched with gentle use from my pots and pans and it leaves like a pearly scuff. I tried to buff it out with the cerama bright that came with the stove but it did not help the pearly-like scuff. That is why I give 4 stars. Overall the oven works fantastic! The hidden heating element makes clean up a breeze! Love the warming burner feature and the quick boil boils super fast!

Great Appliance

I bought this range back in April and I have been so happy with it. The burners heat up so quickly. I can boil a pot of water in no time. and the stove and oven cook so evenly. It also cleans up very easily!

Preheat not really

preheat doesn't work off by 76-100 degrees you have to go an extra 10-15 minutes to get right temperature and customer support blows you off
