I've used H&R Block software for years. The one area that I would like to see improved relates to K-1s and all the incremental areas that are required to be input. The software just states go update, but doesn't give clear direction or where to even start. Otherwise, the software is really easy to use
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have been using it for more than 15 years. It is mostly easy to use and has a lot of useful information. Unfortunately it does not provide good support for K1 partnerships filing. Definitely an area of improvement.

I’ve been using it for years. Technology advances would point to your ability to read my K1s, 1099s etc that I send to you and fill in the blanks for me. Put the upgrades in if you want to stay in the business.

I have used HR Block for over 10 years. The download expired before ISeptember. Extensions for filing end in October, so why wasn't the download available until then?

It is ok for simpler returns but flops on complex returns. Limited supply of import options fo 1099s and does not include some large brokerages.

I always used H&R Block software since 1998. I tried Turbo tax software once for comparison, I still liked H&R Block software because of the price and familiarity. 2025 version had added a lot of new tax law explanations and double checks. I'll recommend it for the future.
