great to use, but should have a help 800 number

I been using H & R for several years, I love it but feel if you have a quick question they should have a 800 number, with customer support. This might help to minimize problems after the return is sent.
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to prepare, Easy to import
Cons: Hard to fix issues
