I tried Turbo Tax several years ago, wasn't crazy about it (never mind the fact the price for the software skyrocketed the past couple years). Tried out H&R Block and have stayed with it since. Never had an issue with it, and takes the burden out of doing your taxes.
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import, Fast
