Confusing Results
on January 26, 2018

I always file my own taxes, but this year was the first time I needed to file a state tax return and it was for only a part year. Overall the software was somewhat confusing. There were several iterations (and amounts) for my ultimate federal and state return.
Pros: Easy to fix issues, Easy to import
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
I would recommend this to a friend!

Fairly easy to use. I would recommend that you prompt the user to select regular 1040 or 1040EZ. For a person with a very simple return, this would save a lot of time.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is my 12 year of using this product, and every year the product gets better. I don't see any other product that comes close to this product in both ease of installation and creating an accurate tax return.
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Fast
I would recommend this to a friend!
