I keep using this software because its so easy to import previous year data. Good solution if your situation isn't complicated. Not that helpful if you have a bunch of tax questions.

The program was simple to follow, but we did not like the fact that after preparing our taxes and attempting to file electronically, there was an additional charge for filing our state taxes. You charge for purchasing the deluxe federal and state tax program and then charge almost as much for filing. We will not use HR Block in the future if this is how you manipulate obtaining more money from your customers.

Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund
