When calculating percentage of ownership of rental property, not all calculations are correct. When looking at the summary, I had to make my own additional percentage calculation.

Got the job done but many choices and steps could have been explained more clearly. The price was very good. As long as we have needlessly complicated and ambiguous tax laws I will need a program, but it's all such a waste of time and resources..
Pros: Easy to install, Fast
I would recommend this to a friend!
