Pros: Easy to install, Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import

Did not bring forward AGI from prior year. Instead brought forward Gross Income. Caused all Fed Efile to be rejected. Not able to correct. Had to paper file.

cant download state return program

worked fine, except my Michigan State return would not download for 2016 and 2017 returns so i had to prepare them manually.
Pros: Easy to fix issues, Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import
