I used to use TaxAct and found the transition easy. I do miss the free state efile that TaxAct offered, though.

It is easy to use and guaranteed accurate, and that is what you really want in a tax package. The problem I had this year was finding how to change something that was from last year and was wrong.
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to fix issues
I would recommend this to a friend!

I couldn’t electronically file due to a mismatch of data with the IRS and the itemized inputs didn’t work at all! This has never happened before but now it has and they don’t have a fix for next year!
Pros: Maximizes refund
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to fix issues, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
