Fix below issue

Ive been using the program for 10 years and doing all my kids taxes also . this year I paid the initial fee to get the program, and the free 5 fed taxes. I started my taxes but was waiting on additional paperwork. so, I started and finished my daughters taxes and entered her credit card info to pay the state. I entered my activation code and it kept saying wrong code(I have the print out so I know the code is correct). IT never did accept federal or state, but because I kept trying your program charged my daughter 8 times .I would think it would have to be transmitted to the IRS and state of VA before a single charge would be on it. A response and correction would be appreciated. and a code that actually works sinse I already paid for one originally. E
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to fix issues
