Problem sending e file for Federal return

It took me four attempts to successfully send in my Federal return. No explanation was given for the failure. Finally six hours after the first attempt it successfully was sent to IRS.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to fix issues, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

this is the second year using H&R Block software. Found it fast,easy to fill out and asked enough questions to cover all my bases.
