I was very happy with the process and found it really easy to use for the most part. But, do not check pay by credit card unless you want to pay up to 2.5% of you tax responsibility for "convenience fee" charge. Purchased it in December and had it installed and ready to go. Was waiting as the documents started rolling in. They came, I'm done, it's filed. Now we'll see if the government can stay working long enough to get me my refund.

Cons: Hard to fix issues
