PURCHASE IT A ONLINE I EARLY DECEMBER. FIND THAT IT ABOUT THE SAME SPEEDY RESULT AND EASY TO FOLLOW.

This is the first year I had to get a computer shop to load the cd. Used H&R Block for the last 5 years, no problems. Once loaded, the software worked great. See what happens next year...
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Hard to prepare

I was shocked to see that I could buy the software cheaper at Walmart than directvfrom Block. A little disappointing. Also having trouble filing my state return.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Software

I have used both the FREE online version and the Deluxe software. Both are excellent, easy to use. The online version has a cool feature where you can take a picture of your tax forms (w2's, 1099-INT, etc.) and upload them. The program figures out where to put the information.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Fast
