First time doing Tax Software. No Problems!

I absolutely loved this program. Going through it the first time ever, was a relative breeze! All my questions were answered by the help link that followed where ever I was! I am soo excited, and for almost nothing out of pocket!
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast

Excellent customer service

There were issues with my browser downloading the software and later I had questions about how to update a form. The customer support was outstanding. My problem had to be escalated to a second level software support but I got constant feedback on what was being down to try to resolve the problem. It was fixed and I was able to prepare my return and file it without a problem.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast

With no dependents the program issued EIC.....By deleting the form I was able to get the correct answer

Still Easy to Use

I've been a user of H&R Block's downloadable software program for several years. I like the downloadable version as it allows me to also do my mother's tax return with the additional free e-files. This year's program is still easy to use and informative.

Still shortfalls

This is the second year straight that the import function has experienced shortfalls which in one case could have been a disaster. Also the compare to previous year report was less than 100percent usable. It did not show a comparison of a new 1099r vs one that was not there previously. I would have thought the new one would have shown up under the current year with no data showing up for the previous year. This is an obvious program deficiency.
