H&R Block Deluxe Tax Return Software

I brought this over a month ago and I'm so glad I did. The software was very user friendly, provided tabs to answer most commonly asked questions and filed my return electronically. Couldn't ask for much more. Keep up the great work.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

It's not to good

I e- filed my federal taxes ok.it would not process my state taxes to be e-filed had to print and send as per hr block in my tax program.i feel this is something I paid for and was cheated.i will not use hr block no more.
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great software,Easy to Use,Needs better help text

I use H&R Block Deluxe software every year. The ease of filling out the screens are awesome. The one downside is the help text and search information - they aren't detailed enough to be useful. I had a Form 5498 IRA and I had to look at a Turbotax website to get information on it.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents, Fast

I have used H&R Block Deluxe to prepare my Federal and State returns for several years. The fact that I continue to use the product year after year should be testament to my opinion about its usefulness. Unfortunately the tax code is not an easy thing to navigate but this software helps me work through a painful process and it gets the job done.
Pros: Easy to prepare

I like your software because it is easy to use. You start off each section identifying what documents will be required to complete the segment. Then you explain what information the segment is looking for and answer pertinent questions the user may have while completing the segment.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming

Had to resubmit my H&R Block this year!

I received the package in the mail and subscribed online. I have been using H&R Block for 8 or 10 years and generally like it because quite frankly the Tax code is a nightmare for the average person to understand. This year, for the first time, I had to refile both the Federal and State because they were rejected. It turned out not to be my fault and both the Federal and State went through OK on the second submission. H&R was very helpful for the resubmission. One issue: Saving as PDF is confusing.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming

I have used HRBlock software for the past 5 years. As in the past, previous year's data loads into the new year to minimize extra data entry. Software is question-driven so it asks you about your financial situation and then decides what exemptions and deductions to choose. I have been very happy with the software and have never been audited so I must conclude it works perfectly.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast

State tax program

Your state tax program goes not support Louisiana non resident tax return. What software do you suggest that I use? I have used hr block for years. I need to get your thoughts or help or I will have to change tax service. Thanks
