I always use this product as I just import last year and fill in the blanks. Then I give it to my son for his Fed taxes.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents, Fast

the online help services really made this a terrible experience. i wasted a lot of time. thankfully, i could use AI chat tools to address my questions. in addition, you need improvement with the software navigation as it relates to handing the nuisances of RSUs, ESPP and NQSOs. Thirdly, K1 filings left me feeling less confident regarding proper tax filing for equities based limited partnerships. Your software seems to set preference for real estate based LPs.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

The intuitive prompts guided me easily through my taxes, and being able to impost last year’s data helped a lot!

Worked almost as smoothly as prior versions. Was a little more complex this year, but still better than slogging alone through the gov't forms.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming
I would recommend this to a friend!
