I've used for the last few years. It gets more intuitive and easier each year to enter data in the program's format. Price is reasonable. Transmission to IRS and State is quick.
Pros: Maximizes refund
Cons: Hard to prepare
I would recommend this to a friend!

I am so disappointed that, after 7 years, I still can not e-file because H&R Block can't add a simple, 2 page form (Form 8997)
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
