This was the first time in 11 years I had my federal e-file rejected. After 3 attempts, it said I had to print and mail because it contained form 5329, don't know if the snag was the software or IRS requirement but I love the e-file and couldn't utilize what I paid for.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents
I would recommend this to a friend!

Still find up charge for state filing irrigating. Otherwise have used this for years now and works well enough nothing special but quick and easy

Covers everything, just not in the easiest manner

As a "tax" software, it covers most everything I could find.
But in 2026, it sure could use some polishing - the GUI just isn't that easy
No color options (maybe high contrast, or different colors, or even just text sizing)
Other software (including my State's own online portal), is much clearer and easier to understand - many even mimic the forms, helping guide you towards the right fields

I have used this product for many years. As I get older, I find that the questions I answer as I go through are a small font and I have more difficulty reading them. I am speaking just for the questions, not the explanations. It would be great to have a slightly larger font for the questions.
