We've been using it for years and it is a big help in trying to figure out the ins/outs of how to file an ITR. It is great that it automatically assess if we should take the standard or itemized mode based on our listed expenses.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Fast
Cons: Time consuming

The fact that I couldn't download my financial information from Chase was a real letdown. i had to enter everything by hand. I recently helped a relative do there taxes and they were able to download information from Chase using your competitors tax software.
