The only thing that I don’t like was when I downloaded the App one of the sensitivity lights is now purple and I find it distracting and harder to understand how hard that I need to apply pressure.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product is good I like the three blades it's more consistent across my beard and it's not very hard on my skin it's really good because earlier I was using some of the different brand it was very hard on my skin so this is very simple to clean as well as the battery looks good I think the overall looks good but I feel like the edges around the neck we need to do at least 3 to 5 times at least minimum to shave there so that the hairs come over that's the only difficulty I do have outside of the outside of the thing looks good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really pleased with this purchase! First time I’ve had a razor with using the daily cleaning solution plus UV light in the charger base. Only disappointment was lack of a wall outlet charger for the included USB cable. However, I had the wall charger from my last razor and that works well. Plus the blades on this newer model are compatible with spare blades I already kept on hand for my older razor. So a nice upgrade without having to buy different spare blades. I really like the self cleaning solution, seems to keep the blades in much better daily shape and the shaves are better as a result.

Bonjour je suis très satisfait de mon achat de ce rasoir i9000 Prestige Ultra XP9402. J'en apprécie la précision de son rasage dans les zones difficiles, l'écran d'affichage lumineux intégré, le système Triple Action Lift & Cut qui soulève les poils avant la coupe, procurant une plus longue durée entre les rasages, la possibilité de facilement raser une barbe de plusieurs jours, la durée très longue de la batterie.
J'apprécie qu'il offre 5 modes de rasage, l'adaptation des têtes de rasage au relief de la peau, la possibilité de rincer à l'eau, la connexion au logiciel GroomTribe qui connecté à mon rasoir me donne des informations et conseils selon mon utilisation, le système de guidage Active Pressure & Motion procurant un suivi de l'efficacité de rasage par un anneau de lumière autour du rasoir qui avec des couleurs changeantes, guide en temps réel la force de pression optimale nécessaire, sans oublier la longueur très appréciable de la guaranie. Par contre le tondeur de précision m'apparait beaucoup moins efficace que le rasoir lui-même. La précision dans son l'utilisation laisse selon moi à désirer. Toutefois, au regard de l'ensemble de mon expérience avec cet appareil, cet inconvénient ne vaut pas de s'en passer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This shaver is replacing an older Phillips Norelco arcitect shaver. It is a pleasure to use. It delivers a closer shave, and the electronics make it easier to get the perfect shave. You can always tell by the color ring if your technique is correct. It measures the pressure as well as the direction of shaving. The one drawback is that it doesn't have a built-in trimmer, you must remove shaver head and replace it with the included trimmer.

I had high expectations for this flagship rotary shaver, but it leaves my neck covered in severe razor burn and raw red bumps every time.
I gave it a fair shot: I tested every sensitivity mode, followed the light indicators religiously, and tried specialized pre-shave lotions, soothing balms, and shaving foam. Nothing solved the issue. The circular heads require too many overlapping passes over the throat, leading to excessive friction.
If you have sensitive neck skin, this rotary system causes far too much irritation. A linear foil shaver is probably a much gentler, better alternative.
