[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Didn’t receive small trimmer w it and didn’t realize it for a month. Haven’t been able to connect to Bluetooth ever. Shaves well when it’s working properly I think the Bluetooth affects it sometimes.

The new shave hard is sharp and pointed and grabs the skin and causes bleeding!!! My old 9000 the shave is round and does not have this problem!!
The cleaning station method for the shaver does a terrible job and I have to clean my self manually!!!
