Vocal Delay Effect Not Great

I love everything about the product so far except the vocal effects. While the reverb effect is ok, the delay effect is so quiet even the level is set to max. I need to make my vocal a little more wet. At the moment, I have to add a separate vocal effect pedal to it. It would be an amazing little speaker if the delay effect can be improved. Firmware Update Please?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you are a fan of less mess, no tangled cords and portability this product will not disappoint.
It’s loaded with AI features and is surprisingly very versatile despite its small size (gotta love technology allowing for smaller but more powerful tools!).
Easy to connect with like most tech products these days you can be up and running in minutes - and in my case you may be making less than ideal “noise” as my wife likes to say but none the less it can help there as well!
Practice may eventually make perfect for me - time will tell!
For me the most important feature is the fact I can pick this up and play anywhere in my house without having to wrangle a bunch of equipment. Give it a shot!

Rugged little music speaker box with innovative st

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The JBL Bandbox, I honestly didn’t expect this little speaker to impress me as much as it did. The powerful sound was the first thing that stood out for its size. The audio is reach and clear, and surprisingly pretty deep. I can hear it throughout my house without any distortion. The audio quality is definitely a 10 out of 10!
The rugged design and solid build feels durable and ready for everyday use. The build in finger holder, makes it easy to carry and it very comfortable. The LED display gives the speaker a very modern premium feel to it.
What makes this speaker special is the stem separation feature. Being able to adjust the vocals for a microphone, guitar and/or live music is a total game changer. I was only able to use it to play music. I love the fact that I have the capability to change the sound depending on my mood. Whether I want to focus on the vocals or bring out the instruments, it completely changes the music listening experience.
Overall, this “little box” delivers a big sound even and even bigger features.

Unacceptable for a guitar amp. Even a practice amp

My girlfriend recently bought me one for my birthday. We are sending it back to JBL. It sounds terrible. The power/sound dips when you are playing guitar through it. It sounds like a limiter or something? It makes the amp virtually unusable. It feels/sounds terrible when playing anything remotely metal/chunky. The best way I can describe the sound and feel is if you were playing through an amp with not enough electricity powering the amp and the light and sound coming though the amp dimmed when you strummed chords. It does the same thing when on the cleaner channels although slightly less, you can still hear the sound dipping. I wanted to love this piece of gear. Unfortunately it is garbage. The tone/volume/attack dipping is unacceptable. I’m genuinely surprised JBL put this product out with such glaring problems.
