Ice Maker Not Working and Leaking Water All Over My Newly Renovated Kitchen

I’ve had this freezer connected to water and running for 5 days. It does not make ice and instead leaked water all over my new wood floor. Waiting on a technician call but it’s the weekend so not optimistic it will be anytime soon. Manufacturer Date is May 2022. Looks like I made a mistake purchasing this product.

One thing that could be causing this to happen is the water filter. Please check to ensure that the filter is seated correctly. If not seated correctly, it can cause water to leak from the unit. If this does not correct the issue we would be more than happy to send a tech out to get this taken care of for you. We Love our new Fridge and Freezer
