Fails often

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Could a product outreach specialist please contact me at the information on my account ASAP? 7 repairs between both appliances in under 10 years is nothing short of disastrous, and indicates a design flaw. When you know the repairman by name, and he even apologies for how bad these appliances are, you know something is definitely wrong.

Movable separators in shelves are also great to configure as you need it. The overall size is wonderful. Room for everything. Only wish there was one more movable shelf for the main storage area

We are still waiting for our plumber to come hook up the water for the ice, but enjoying everything else. So much space and so nicely set up to be used ! 19 cu ft professional series single door freezer

New one was only slightly different with the handle being different design but still closely matched rest of our appliances. This unit is very efficient as I did not notice any daily change in electrical usage (and I check it daily). Overall very happy with purchase.
