Knocking Noise

After owning freezer for 8 months it started making a knocking sound daily. Service has replaced three parts but it continues to make noise. Talking to help line in India is very frustrating!!

The freezer has plenty of storage on the shelves and door.
And the ice maker is awesome it has two drawers of ice and is plenty for my family of five. My wife and daughter work from home and are always filling their water bottles with ice and water, and we never run out of ice! The refrigerator has plenty of storage on the shelves and door .
Oh it also has a water dispenser in the fridge for water that is kinda of cool. You push the water button and it pops out fill your class and when you’re finished close it. Nice feature! I replaced my refrigerator and freezer from a side by side to this awesome Frigidaire professional it is great!!!
