Stopped working

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our freezer stopped working (waiting on repairman) after a month of use. This is after our fridge needed to be replaced after it stopped working. Beyond frustrated.

Love it but broke

But after ten days we noticed the temp kept getting warmer and currently are without a freezer! Parts have been ordered and hopefully they can fix it in a timely manner. Cause I did love it and want to use it so bad! The tech said it was a fluke so let’s hope so. This has been a big pain but I want to enjoy my new freezer in my new house.

I love the counter depth because things do not get lost. My husband likes the waist high door shelf for the milk.
The price point is great compared to other brands.
It looks great in our newly remodeled kitchen.
