Happy with the reliability and setting options of both of our new units. Settings on our stacked dryer are high for me (5’3”) but still accessible to make the desired settings.

After setting the washer and dry up it’s so easy to use and our clothes smell fresh. I was worried about it using enough water and it does use a good amount.

Dryer has been working flawlessly so far. Have not hooked up steam yet but will be doing so soon. My wife is happy with all of the options so that makes me happy too. the pedestal puts the dryer at great height to unload.

ELECTROLUX DOES NOT HONOR REBATES!

Retailer failed to provide me with Electrolux Rebate information and once I found out I contacted Electrolux only to learn that I was a few days late past deadline to submit request. Electrolux has refused repeatedly to honor its rebate simply because I didn’t know and contacted them once I found out a few days after rebate promotion had expired. This is so wrong on so many levels!
