Great All in One Cleaner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Mopping is not how I prefer to spend my time, but after seeing the color of the water after using the Bissell Crosswave Reach, I plan to make using this all-in-one cleaner part of my weekly cleaning.
My overall impression of the Bissell Crosswave Reach is that it is an effective cleaning tool. I really like the self clean cycle so I don't have to spend additional time cleaning the device. It easily reaches under my dog's bowls and is able to clean under the cabinets. It maneuvers easily around the kitchen island and switches seamlessly from the tile to the laminate flooring.
Am I saving time using this tool? Not really. It is faster than vacuuming and then mopping, but as previously mentioned, I'm not much of a mopper. It is definitely slower than just vacuuming because I had to stop to empty the dirty tank and clear the pet fur every few minutes. That being said, I will be using this weekly to get the surface grime from the walkways.
Out of the box, it only took a few minutes to set up, and I was able to get cleaning after a quick instruction read. It is very straight forward and my second clean was easy.
I would love other brushes for the Crosswave Reach - preferrably one with the ability to scrub a little deeper. My tile has ridges that still look dirty after using the crosswave reach. I will still need some elbow grease to get these areas, but overall I look forward to the continued use of this cleaner.

Simple and Effective for Daily Cleaning

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a really great, easy to use, and effective cleaning option for busy households. With dogs, cats, and two little kids there is no shortage of messes to clean around here, and just keeping up with the daily basics can be a lot. I loved how simple this was to set up and use, no big complicated set up or learning a ton of settings. We have hardwood floors, vinyl plank/tile, and rugs on our main level, so having an option that can cover all those bases quickly and easily was so nice. And it’s actually so easy my 4 and 6 year old have been fighting over helping clean the floors!
The lay flat capability was so helpful, I was able to get under even my low accent cabinets and chairs, and add in the edge cleaning I could get right up against my cabinets and into corners. That plus the easy charging station and lightweight makes it so simple to set up, grab, and go. Once you dump the dirty water reservoir you see just how much this is sucking up. The only small downside was user error—I hadn’t realized my daughter had used it and not dumped the dirty water. The next time we tried to use it it STUNK, and I had to scrub everything out before using again. Completely on me, but just a tip to make sure your machine stays easy and clean! Overall an excellent, quick clean machine!

Convenient time saver

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is great when you are in a hurry or time crunch! I use to have to vacuum first and then would mop, but now it saves me a lot of time to do it all at once. My daughter and I have long hair and she a lot. When using dual vac mop mode, at times it was hard to vacuum up the hair because it would get stuck on the wet floor.
The lay flat design helps to get under our benches and low chairs. The base of the machine is still kind of high though so I wasn't able to get under every piece of furniture. The machine is pretty easy to maneuver. It tends to automatically go forward and you feel like you have to pull it back. Once you read over the instruction booklet it is pretty self explanatory and easy to use. There aren't a bunch of buttons you need to push and use. It is pretty straight forward. All in all, it is a really convenient machine to have in your house cleaning rotation!

Actually Cleaned The Floor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have linoleum in my rental apartment and it has always perpetually felt like it never gets truly clean. Not with a dust disposable pad mop, not with a traditional mop, not with a steam mop, none of it worked. It always felt like there was still dirt and grime that would not come off. I was worried that at that point, my future would be to scrub on my hands and knees. That changed with this Bissell wet dry vacuum. I did an initial dry floor vacuum to get crumbs and then used the Bissell right after. The kitchen floor is the cleanest it has ever been after using it. The vacuum was a little heavier than I expected, but still easy to maneuver. I loved the cordless feature, though the set up to get it charged was not as intuitive as I hoped. But once I got it working, I was amazed. The dark gray of the dirty cleaning solution/water mix poured out was shocking. It then dried extremely quickly, faster than any other wet cleaning method I'd tried. Then I could run my finger along the floor and there was NO dirt, no sticky residue or stains. I am so glad to now have this product, where I can trust that it truly gets the floor clean!

Fast Clean Up

Where I used to reach for a mop & the inevitable stale bucket of mop water, I now grab for my Bissell. It is ridiculously easy to set up & use right from the start. It's self propelling, cord free model make it so convenient for large areas. Even my 6 year old wants to use it! The fact that it can get right up to the wall edges & adjust to fit under couch edges, etc make it even more amazing. I don't know how I lived without it before. 5 stars!

The CrossWave is a game changer

The Bissell CrossWave is a game-changer that makes life so much easier! It vacuums and mops your floors, combining the tasks and saving you valuable time. The CrossWave is easy to use and does the hard work for you, requiring no extended movements or scrubbing motions from the user. Gliding easily under furniture and getting right against the edge of the wall, it picks up all the dust, dirt, and hair. The cleaning formulas come in a few options and can sanitize and clean multiple floor surfaces. We were impressed with how clean the CrossWave left our tile, laminate, and hardwood floors and also by how quickly the floors dried. The battery life is fantastic and never ran out of power, allowing us to tackle multiple rooms at once. The cherry on top is the self cleaning cycle after docking on the charging base. With the push of a button, you have a clean mop head. You only need to empty the filter basket and dump the dirty water out. I highly recommend the CrossWave for everyone who likes truly clean floors and values their time!

Lightweight powerhouse that does the job well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bissell CrossWave Reach has worked really well for me so far. I was especially impressed that it was able to clean my textured exterior patio floor, which I wasn’t expecting it to handle quite as well as it did. It’s lightweight, easy to maneuver, and made cleaning up everyday messes much easier, especially with a golden retriever who likes to play outside and leave plenty of hair and dirt behind.
I also really like the lay-flat design because it makes it much easier to reach under furniture and other hard-to-reach areas without having to move everything around. The edge cleaning feature was also helpful for getting closer to walls and along edges, and the controls were straightforward enough that getting started was pretty easy.
My only real negative was that it took a few cleaning cycles to get my patio floor completely clean. However, the floor was pretty dirty to begin with, so I’m not sure I can really blame the machine for that.
Overall, I’ve been very impressed with the CrossWave Reach. It saves time by letting me tackle vacuuming and wet cleaning together, and it’s been especially useful for keeping up with the messes that come with having an active dog.

Easy to clean

I didn’t love the “clean up from the clean up.” I appreciate that there’s a fairly quick process that allows it to self-clean, but the part of removing the brush roll especially seems a little clunky since that gets more dirt that wasn’t sucked up and we have to clean that up separately.
