Great for overall cleaning

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought it a little over a week ago, love it. Although if you picked up a lot of dirt / bigger objects its hard to get it out of the tank reservoir. Have not been able to give it a throughout clean.

It’s easy to maneuver around furniture, and the extended reach makes cleaning high and difficult-to-reach areas much easier. I love having one versatile tool that can clean from floor to ceiling!

I’m really impressed with the Shark AquaReach Mop Vacuum! It makes cleaning so much easier because it vacuums and mops at the same time. It picks up dirt, crumbs, and small messes really well, while leaving the floors clean and fresh!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded my Shark Hydro Vac to the Aqua Reach Pro because of the extendable wand, the floor to ceiling cleaning and cleaning around the toilet. The 4 star rating is only because I really wasn’t impressed at all with the wall washing capabilities using the large pad. I am a die hard Shark fan, I own the Shark Stratos, the Shark Hydro Vac, Shark Power Detect, Shark Flex Breeze and the Shark Never Change Air Purifier. I love Shark! And have been buying nothing but shark products for years so I guess I was kind of expecting more from the aqua reach for its wall washing capabilities. First of all the hose is not long enough to reach from floor to ceiling in my house, I have 9’ ceilings so I have to sit it on top of a step stool to use it. Also, I’m not sure if it is because the large pad for washing walls is just to thick to suck the dirty water through or what, but the pad just becomes soaked and just pushes the dirty water all over the wall. The Hydro Vac does have great suction but it isn’t enough suction when you are using the large pad. Also, there needs to be some kind of locking option for the large head, it just kind of flop’s around and is difficult to maneuver and control. The smaller cleaning pad for cleaning around the toilet works great and has excellent absorption of the dirty water and its floor washing capabilities and maneuverability are outstanding.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I would have to say that out of all my vacuum cleaners that either just vacuum or are they mop this one is my absolute favorite. My favorite part is the long one that it comes with. I was recently wondering how I was gonna clean the top of my kitchen cabinet cabinets because I just had knee surgery a while back. Well, using the wind to not just vacuum the dust, but to also clean them worked like a dream. My cabinets look great. I have noting bad to say about this this at all. I love it so much!

Finally help at last

My floors are so clean and I've only had this for two days. Cleaned a molasses spill way back in my corner cabinet perfectly!
Washed some walls, and baseboards too.

Great Idea!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the premium one with my own money so this is a real user here, I thought it was a great concept and idea but it didn't really fully meet my expectations, it does leave the floors clean for sure, the idea of having all in one is also wonderful, great to have the brush cleaned and dried at the station too. 3 years warranty I was told so that's good too.
The execution needs improvements, especially at this price point.
The vacuum function is average, (I do really like the UV light though) the mopping only picks up debris and not always stuck-on stuff despite being wet and going over it multiple times, guess you can use the scrubber. Sometimes it just pushes dirt around. The latter happens more often with the attachments where dirt just gets pushed around and doesn't seem to get vacuumed, for example, wet dust.
It says streak-free, but it does leave streaks on the bathtub, steel and glass surfaces, the floor though, it truely doesn't, so good for floors.

Cleaning the dirty tank is hard, so many places where things get stuck, different pieces to take apart, I thought it would be easier, sometimes I feel like it's not worth the trouble to use it, just manually scrub the surfaces and use paper towels instead.
Lastly, I don't know if my unit is faulty but recently the unit stopped charging beyond one bar even when left overnight, it keeps blinking as though it's still charging. Will have to contact support for that.
Overall, I don't think it's a bad vacuum/mopper but I expected better at this price point.
