[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am honestly impressed by this home facial system! It genuinely gives you med spa results in your own bathroom in about 10 minutes. The hydro extraction tool feels gentle on the skin while it exfoliates and vacuums out your congested pores while flooding your skin with their AHA/BHA and hyaluronic acid serums at the same time. Plus, actually seeing all the gunk in the dirty water tank afterward is ridiculously satisfying!
My skin feels impossibly smooth and has the craziest hydrated, and shine after. If you want professional level results without constantly paying for expensive facials, this is absolutely worth the investment!

I was so excited to get this on the mail… well unfortunately it did not suck anything out of my skin not one thing I was soo dissatisfied I had to return it

I’ve really been enjoying this! It has been super easy to incorporate into my skincare routine and I’ve actually noticed a difference after using it now for a couple of months! My skin has a nice healthy glow, feels clean, and surprisingly does not leave my skin feeling irritated after. The lilac color is just the cherry on top 🍒 Definitely a skin care tool I will continuously reach for!

The device works as described, but I found it much more time-consuming than expected. The cleaning and maintenance process after each use is cumbersome, making it difficult to fit into a busy daily routine. For me, the results did not justify the amount of time required.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I honestly waited way too long to try it and I wish I did the very day it came in the mail. I got over my block and I’m freaking in LOVE. I’m a skincare junkie who loves trying all the products. I do have facials once or twice a year and this has made my skin so radiant. Just after one use! I did the weekly glow routine and then the instachill. Holy cannoli I cannot wait to try the instachill right after waking up! It’s super easy to maintain. Charges easily. It’s compact. It’s pretty and it’s functional. I am so lucky to have been given this to review! Also it’s quiet and doesn’t make weird noises. If you have the opportunity to get this do it!

Prior to this, my skin is actually the best it has ever been. I have an extensive skin care routine, and I rarely break out. I purchased this device because I love Shark/Ninja products and I wanted to spoil myself. I followed the directions on the packaging on how to do the facial. this morning I woke up and I am broken out with tiny whiteheads all over my cheeks and under my eyes, as well as my forehead. These are not the places that I would typically break out. I don’t even want to use it again as I’m not sure if it was irritation from the included products or from the device itself. I will be returning this. My skin looks awful. I work from home and am on Zoom all day, I don’t want to look like a 13 year old going through puberty when I am in fact, 39.
