I purchased mine a little under 2 years ago. I use it often. It does everything. I own a lot of Ninja products and this is on of my favorites. Does an excellent job.
This has been well. Loved. The performance is a 10 out of 10. We have a pretty big family so we will do a lot of slow cooker meals. This can also do bread. It has bread settings. I mean it has a big range of things that it can do and it honestly for all of the specs that you get it really was not that expensive. It doesn't make any noise at all. We've had it for years so we have had to you know. Clean out the inside to make the connection better but other than that it's been great

Died in less then 90 days. Only used a handful of times. Now it’s a brick on my counter. Loved it when it worked though the teflon coating did seem easy to scratch.

Hi there,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review.
We’re really devastated to hear that your unit stopped working so quickly, especially after only being used a handful of times. We completely understand how frustrating that must be, particularly when you were enjoying it while it was working. We recommend reviewing the troubleshooting steps in our support guide, which walks through common causes and solutions. If the issue continues after trying these steps, our customer support team would be happy to assist further and explore available options with you.
I am disappointed in my ninja 14 in 1, I took every precaution to use plastic tools but somehow it has scratches all over the bottom. I had heard these complaints but took precautions, it did not work. I have never had a pan scratch as bad as this one. I would have thought the coating would have been much heavier, I do not want to use it because of the scratched Teflon coating it looks like I will have to return it.
