I bought 1 a couple years ago and it came with a rack. Why did you remove the rack? It is needed when cooking meat. Bring the rack back. I purchased 5 for family gifts. Was planning to purchase more for gifts but I want the rack with it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hi there,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review.
We understand the inconvenience with the removal of the rack from the Ninja PossibleCooker Pro. We understand how useful the rack can be when preparing meats, especially if you've enjoyed using it with previous models and have even purchased several units as gifts. While the rack isn't included, the rack is available for purchase separately through the link below. We appreciate your feedback regarding its value as an accessory, and we'll be sure to share your comments with the appropriate team.

I purchased with such high hopes but they literally don’t even teach you how it works. What a waste! It could be such a cool product if I knew how to use it. It came with a few recipes but that’s really not very helpful

Hi Julie,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review.
We're glad to hear that you saw great potential in your Ninja PossibleCooker PRO, but we're sorry to learn that the included instructions and recipes did not provide the guidance you were looking for. We understand how frustrating it can be to purchase a versatile appliance and feel unsure about how to use its various functions. The PossibleCooker PRO includes an 8.5-quart cooking pot, integrated detachable spoon-ladle, glass cooking lid, and a chef-curated recipe guide designed to help users become familiar with the different cooking modes and capabilities of the product. If you would like additional guidance on specific functions, cooking methods, or recipes, please free to use the link below:

Love the features and versatility. No need to sear in a separate pan and transfer to the slow cooker.

One pot cooking

The Ninja Foodie Possible Cooker is a convenient option for one pot meals. I love that you can see her and sauté right in the pot before switching it to slow cook, which means fewer dishes to wash! Its large size is so handy for big family dinners.

I have had this for 2 years and never took it out of the box until today. ( I won it). My stove up and quit working while cooking. This saved me. It was a bake dished I was in the middle of preparing. Once again, Ninja came through for me.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Only used it once to slow cook. Give me an opportunity to use it before asking for a rating!
