Necessary Improvement

I have been using Garmin devices for a long time an Cirqa Band is juast what i was expecting to find. It does not get 5 stars for me as when you want to see your activity monitoring you have to open the app, it will be perfect if you could see the information on the locked screen of your phone or in the dynamic island (in case of apple devices), without having to open the Garmin app directly

I have a watch as well but no clock, no monitoring just don't then look later. Very light and comfortable.

This device is treacherous. Operating it is difficult at best and Garmin support is terrible. Currently, I’m going to pursue sending it back. I was using it recently and while riding my heart rate kept going blank and I would have to reconnect and restart the device.

An invaluable aid.

I've been using the Cirqa for several weeks and it has become an invaluable aid. The guidance on sleep as well as the detailed data on many aspects of overall health has encouraged me to adapt my behavior. This is greatly superior to the Fitbit/Google Health which I've used for many years. Excellent!

Compact but dissappointing...

Purchased and used for the past month, love the fact that it has a smaller footprint and no screen as compared to my fenix. However, there is a big drop off in measurement accuracy, especially with the HRV readings. After doing some reading it appears that the hardware is on the inferior side. The only way to get similar HRV readings is with a armband strap, that is currently backordered through garmin for months.
