It is a great alternative to my Garmin watches. Gives me all the data I need on a daily basis. It allows me to wear other dress watches and still receive all my pertinate information.

Comfortable and seamless integration with Garmin

I’ve been using the Garmin CIRQA mainly for sleep and recovery tracking, and I’m very impressed with how comfortable and discreet it is to wear overnight. The device is lightweight, and after a short adjustment period, I barely notice it on my wrist.
The integration with the Garmin ecosystem is one of its biggest advantages. Sleep data, heart rate and other health metrics are seamlessly incorporated into Garmin Connect, making it easy to follow my recovery over time.
I also really like the option to use CIRQA as a heart-rate sensor when I don’t want to wear my chest strap during a workout.
I’m still exploring all of its features, but so far the combination of comfort, battery life, sleep tracking and Garmin integration has made it a very useful addition to my Garmin setup.
Highly recommended for Garmin users who want a discreet device focused on sleep and recovery.

Love my CIRQA!

I purchased the Cirqa as an addition to the Fenix 8. I also own the Fenix 8 but found it to be a little too bulky and uncomfortable when trying to sleep. When Garmin released the Cirqa, I immediately knew this was the device to rule all other devices and it has not disappointed. It works flawlessly within the Garmin ecosystem of devices, of which I have most of. I use Garmin devices for my whole health tracking system including the scale, BPM, HRM, and Edge for cycling and the Cirqa was a perfect fit.

Missing features

I bought about one month ago. What I don’t like is the lack of more health monitoring features like blood pressure, arrhythmias or fall detection for daily use and the size compared with battery life. But it’s a overall good device, just it is still far from a good health monitoring product. I also own a fenix 8.

It's pretty, the connect app is minimalist, probably geared towards runners. I wore it for 3 weeks and never had a favorable HRV experience, and always had very low body battery. I need to see results in more realistic time.

The band works seamlessly with the Garmin Connect App. I'm very happy that I purchased this for myself and another for my wife. We both love it. The best part - no subscription and seamless integration with the Garmin Ecosystem!
