Sleep tracking good, Broadcast HR is a battery dra

When you use it for real time HR tracking (broadcast HR) the battery life is very impacted.

Realmente me ha gustado hasta el momento, me funciona bien porque no tengo que tener el reloj garmin todo el tiempo y puedo utilizar otros relojes. Tiene buena integración con los otros equipos garmin, es cómodo para dormir y me gusta como se ve en la muñeca.

Battery life is way lower than advertised. 3-4 days.
Software ok, not great.
It’s a practical tool for it doesn’t feel that’s it was deeply cared for and engineered more hastily put together. Hopefully second gen would correct some pretty significant flaws. Thank

So far I love my Cirqa smart band. It provides all the information I need from health to detailed workout information without the interruptions from notifications. So glad I went to the CIRQA.

Battery Life

I have been overall happy with the Cirqa-smart back. My one complaint is battery life. It claimed 10 day battery life. I get 3-4 day life before I have to recharge. Went in and turned off all alarms as that is supposed to help, but didn’t make much difference. Do love how it syncs with my Garmin app on my phone and don’t have to pay a fee for the info.

Bye bye Whoop! Hello Garmin

I bought this to switch out my Whoop of 4 years. So far, it's been amazing. It's spot on with my whoop when it comes to heart rate, and also checks out with my stats when I'm at the hospital. I love the no monthly fee! And it has more in depth features - you get a lot more data with your sleep stats and your work out stats. I switched to a bicep band, and i forget I'm even wearing it. The only downside is needing to take it off every few days to charge it. I needed to buy a usbC to usbA adapter to plug it into a wall jack.

Like it and have been wearing on the weekends. The sensor tends to burn your skin so it gets moved around.
