Poor design, warranty doesn't cover

Does not stand by their product, was told that I would get a replacement once the part was back in stock only to be told it wasn't covered.

It's not as great as I thought it would be. My daughter does like making the slushies though so I guess that's all that matters. If it broke I wouldn't buy it again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We initially were exposed to the greatness of this machine at a friend’s Christmas party. We immediately knew that we wanted one. They were sold out for a while so we had to be patient. After having it for a month, we’ve thoroughly enjoyed it. We have made great margaritas, slushies for the kids, and nice frozen drinks to enjoy on any occasion. Great design and product! I wish there was a larger version for larger get togethers. Thanks for creating such a great product!

Slushy your imagination with this machine

I love slushies! So easy to use. I have made a little of everything. Juices, wine, Baileys, even just Coca Cola. Pour in and 15-30 minutes to enjoy. Clean up is very easy. Can’t wait for all the summer gatherings.

It's So Nice, I Bought it Twice

I bought two of them a couple months back and I am not disappointed! I make weekly margaritas for the family and doing flavored margaritas in one and traditional ones in the other has been a game changer. It was pricey to buy the two upfront, but with what we were spending going out weekly, they have already paid for themselves. (Going out did include food and drinks for four, but making them at home and cooking has decreased cost and more family and friends are partaking.) They make the margaritas the perfect consistency, even when I add a little too much tequila. The time to slush up varies depending on the sugar and or alcohol content, but pretty close to the times that they put in the instructions. Well worth the investment.
