I love the color, fits right in with my kitchen color scheme. I've only used it once so far, but its working well, freezing well, and was easy to clean.

I bought this 5 months ago in my house everybody loved This appliance has been a great addition to our kitchen, especially now in the summer. All the functions are amazing, though the one we’ve used the most is the slushie setting. I’m not giving it 5 stars because I’ve found cleaning it a bit complicated; you have to check very carefully because there are parts that are extremely difficult—almost impossible—to clean, which can lead to mold growth, and that is truly concerning. Otherwise, I love it; I just hope they come out with a new model that is easier to clean.

Purchased and received my shark ninja smoothie machine within a week. Best thing money can buy . My family and I love it. Next on the agenda is to purchase the ninja espresso machine .

Recommend if you like cold drinks

Best purchase. The buttons are easy to use and control and the stickers on the side tell you what each function means such as add more sugar. Its very slim and tucks away in the kitchen, quite heavy to maneuver if you need to move it around and it takes a while to actually ice a drink, depending on the size. The capacity it holds is quite big. Enough for 4-5 drinks.

You have to try the ninja slushy machine! This works so nice for anything you want frozen from frozen hot chocolate to tea or soda. My whole family loves it!

A number of issues: it’s not as easy as 1 ,2, and 3.
Trying to get the correct mixture correct with zero sugar items is a mess. On alcoholic products something’s it freezes and get clogged up and won’t dispense. Orange juice works great, but many products won’t work at all. Love Ninja products, but this one isn’t simple

My MIL brought one to the beach house and it was such a hit! I had to buy one for my daughter and myself. It is so easy to clean and makes a great consistency. I did find it takes less time to freeze with liquids straight from the fridge. Such a fun summer treat for our family!
