Was not able to try defective unit not freezing

Received it on Friday Set it up and followed the directions went to go try it this morning and it does not chill or freeze. Returning the unit
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This machine works so well! I made amazing drinks already! It is bigger than I expected though. Make sure you have space to store it.

First, I really like this machine. Smaller than a commercial one so it easily fits under your cabinets. Really good looking, freezes quickly. Be aware: it is smaller so the hopper doesn’t hold a lot; for constant use, like at a party, you need your reserve mix very cold to add as you go. Being smaller the compressor isn’t as powerful to freeze so if you like strong drinks ( heavier alcohol content) it might not reach slush consistency. You have to play with it for your sweet spot. Extremely easy to take apart and clean.
Overall a very good buy, especially at this price.
