I love this machine. But, I’ve been trying to get a protection plan since September. It’s not listed on the protection plan website’s dropdown menu.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not impressed. can't make sugar free drinks.
Even the consistency of drinks with sugar aren't with the right consistency as other machines.
After drink is slightly slushy, it will not dispense with a good flow.
With good conscience I DO NOT recommend this product. I will be returning mine.

Got this as a gift, and I love it. When I first got it I couldn’t get it to slush but once I actually read the directions and followed the exact recipes it works like a champ
