My Souped Up Creami -Two Concers but Good Overall!
on July 2, 2026

I was looking forward to the Swirl as a souped up Creami, and that is what I received.
Having to freeze the ice cream mix for 24 hours is an issue but I think it allows for creativity and planning. Even still, if Ninja would make a machine that mixed the Creami and the Slushie, I would have to make sure I had it in my gadget collection even though I already have both.
The other thing I was concerned with was how difficult it was to get the correct consistency for swirling. The first time my soft serve came out soupy. With some adjustments I was able to get a better texture, but not the one I needed. I think some of thet the issue was my recipe and not the Swirl itself, so I'm going to try again and update this review then.
The Swirl itself is very study, which I have come to expect from Ninja... very well made, solid machine. It is easy to use and ergonomically made... controls were where they should be l Iogically. As I said, it worked like it was supposed to.
All in all, a great machine as a souped up Creami. A little expensive, but it was on sale so I decided to actually purchase. I'm glad in did and look first to working with it more.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hi there,
Thank you for taking the time to leave such a detailed review.
We're delighted to hear that you're enjoying your Swirl and that it has lived up to your expectations as a "souped up" version of the CREAMi. It's wonderful to know that you've found the machine to be sturdy, well-designed, intuitive to use, and built to the quality you've come to expect from Ninja products.
We also appreciate you sharing your experience with achieving the ideal soft serve consistency. We apologize for any frustration you experienced while trying to achieve the texture you were looking for. We understand that it can take a little experimentation to find the perfect consistency, particularly when trying different recipes. It's great to hear that you've already seen improvements with a few adjustments, and we hope your next creations turn out exactly as you're hoping.

I adore ninja products in my household me and my son are loving the new ninja creamy scoop and swirl. It fits perfectly in our kitchen. The size is great. We love how we can make so many different flavors and healthy ice cream. I cannot wait to get my next ninja product, it is my absolute favorite anybody and everybody should buy this, and the consistency of the ice cream is amazing super easy to store a little noisy but it’s worth how good the ice cream is.

Hi there,
Thanks for taking time to leave your review.
This is incredibly disappointing to hear, especially after experiencing the same issue across two orders. That’s not the experience we aim to provide, and it’s understandable this has led to a return. Receiving an error straight away on first use, twice, is certainly not expected and indicates something has clearly gone wrong. While an alternative model was offered, it’s completely understood that this wasn’t the right resolution for you. We regret that this situation has led to such a poor experience, and we genuinely hope there’s an opportunity to make it up to you in the future. Should you decide to give us another try, we’d welcome the chance to provide a much better experience.
Kind Regards,
Ninja Kitchen

The great ninja swirl by creami!

I think the ninja swirl is the best because you can make cream fit ice cream, frozen yogurt, milkshake, fruit, whip, sorbet, frozen custard and gelato. I also love it because you can do scoop or soft serve. I used it so much and I love it so much. I give it five stars. I really love it, and I’m giving these review as an 7 years old boy.

So far we are loving this! My husband is an ice cream freak! This just made his Father's Day a major win. It does take a minute to get used to the consistency of the blended mixture. Once we figured that out., it was a breeze.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this a month ago and so happy that I did. This machine is fabulous. I've only had it for a couple of weeks and have used it many times. My family loves. The different creations I come up with. Highly recommend this machine.
