This is incredibly disappointing to hear, especially after experiencing the same issue across two orders. That’s not the experience we aim to provide, and it’s understandable this has led to a return. Receiving an error straight away on first use, twice, is certainly not expected and indicates something has clearly gone wrong. While an alternative model was offered, it’s completely understood that this wasn’t the right resolution for you. We regret that this situation has led to such a poor experience, and we genuinely hope there’s an opportunity to make it up to you in the future. The great ninja swirl by creami!

I think the ninja swirl is the best because you can make cream fit ice cream, frozen yogurt, milkshake, fruit, whip, sorbet, frozen custard and gelato. I also love it because you can do scoop or soft serve. I used it so much and I love it so much. I give it five stars. I really love it, and I’m giving these review as an 7 years old boy.

Fun for the family

So far we are loving this! My husband is an ice cream freak! This just made his Father's Day a major win. It does take a minute to get used to the consistency of the blended mixture. Once we figured that out., it was a breeze.

I bought this a month ago and so happy that I did. This machine is fabulous. I've only had it for a couple of weeks and have used it many times. My family loves. The different creations I come up with. Highly recommend this machine.

Love the swirl function. I wish the containers were bigger. The pint size is about 2 servings of ice cream. The machine doesn’t really make the ice cream it just turns the prepared rescipe . It struggled to fully mix the bananas in the ice cream and there was a frozen section on the bottom not mixed. My grandkids love making cones. I was a fun purchase but could definitely be improved.

Great product

We love ice cream and making your own all natural is great! I live being able to control how much sugar (or no sugar) is added.
The only issue is the sound. The machine is very noisy!
