So far, so excellent! Easy to use with amazing results! So happy we made the purchase. We're able to successfully create amazing, healthy protein based ice cream and soft serve. Love love love!

It's awesome, but it's not..

I absolutely love the idea, but not the design. 1. The lids are no longer see-through so that "fixes" the mold issue, because you can't see it. 2. The bottom base of the swirl pints are hard to clean and have to much contact so there's no way to dry it separately. 3. When I called Ninja to tell them about this I was completely ignored, brushed off.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

When washing the containers, lids, and paddle by hand, use warm, soapy water. Then thoroughly rinse and air-dry all parts. They are also top rack dishwasher safe. Love this machine!!

Game changer if you are wanting healthier options for sweet treats. My only really tiny complaint is the soft serve diameter that is produced is kinda small. The texture and flavor is perfect though. Love love love this thing.

This machine is LOUD!!

I have used this product for about two weeks now and it works as advertised. The recipes are as good as you make them. Fair warning though this product is LOUD. It sounds like an airplane engine. You can’t have a conversation when it’s running.

When it is processing the pint, it uses dual motors to spin the paddle, as well as apply the perfect amount of downward pressure for the CREAMiest results. The outer bowl broke the 3rd time I used it! The inside bottom piece broke! Of coarse that part isn’t under warranty!
