For the cost of this item we are very disappointed. There are comparable or better working products that cost a third of the price. Will not be a return customer sadly.

It's really good but doesn't effectively work on clean shave blade (zero number )

Constantly pulls hair and under performs. My old model is way better. I tried to do a return but they refused to give me a refund and requested a "video" proof it wasn't working. That is extremely inappropriate to ask.
