I used the first Manscaped device, but it got lost during my move. This replacement doesn’t seem as sharp, and it looks refurbished. I noticed hairs on the device and inside the bag it came in. I am quite disappointed. I am shocked that manscaped would send me something like this. I am considering returning it.

This is my second Lawnmower. I had the original and it worked really well. The 5.0 Ultra is not good. It takes several passes to trim and pulls hair. I’m honestly really disappointed with this product. The only reason I upgraded was because I lost the charging cradle for the original Lawnmower. I’m not mad at the company, I like their business model but more unbiased testing should be completed before releasing a product for retail.

Negative stars for trimming around the below waist. Have to go over the same spot like 5 times just to get a clean stripe cut. 2 stars for body trimming. Very disappointing purchase after my first LM lasted many years.

Really disappointed. I had a lawn mower 3.0 and that worked WAY better than this one. The 5.0 doubled the time it takes and barely takes the hair off. Waste of money.
