I bought this for my boyfriend as an upgrade from the 3. 0 and I was shocked when he said this one was way worse. It was pretty upsetting since it was no cheap. He barely uses it and just sticks to the 3. 0 even though its on its last leg. . . wouldn't reccomend.

This one, while having extra shaving options, doesn't shave nearly as well as the 4. 0. Not sure if my 5. 0 is defective, but it doesn't shave nearly as quickly/closely as the 4. 0. I have to do multiple passes for it to catch the majority of hair.

The clipper attachment is horrible. Rips out my hair and doesn't cut at all. The rounded foil trimmer works pretty decent. Not very good for all the hype""

In my opion the v4 is faster to use, i can do one pass with the v4 and its done but with the v5 ive got to go over it a few times then switch to the foil shaver that gives me cuts so imo the lawn mower v4 is easier to use

Worst purchase I've ever made literally sounds like a chainsaw in the shower and on top of it, it doesn't cut at all I can go over my arm hairs and they will not cut it.

Questionable Cut

To say the least, I was quite disappointed with my Lawn Mower 5. 0. It looks incredible, the compact packaging was great, but right upon the first use, I noticed a rather substantial difference compared to my 4. 0. It was and still is pulling hairs, and seems like it misses hair without taking 3-5 passes. It also seemed a fair bit louder than the 4. 0. I'm a Manscaped fan all the way, and I do plan to continue to use them, I'm just very disappointed in the quality for such a price.
