[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this change the game for me. the battery life spans for hours, it is very safe, they give you more than one clipper, and it leaves no hair. i have not been cut at all, i would recommend.

The best grooming tools on the planet I had the 4.0 and the battery stopped working so I ordered the 5.0 Ultra and I love so far, but I had a question do all the Shiers Scissors come scratched because I received the new one today and the Scissors we worse than the others ones just scratched a couple of places but everything else was in fantastic shape that was my only problem I guess they come scratched idk but it’s ok.

It's ok. Best thing is that if you get near sensitive areas of skin it won't cut or pinch you. That's kinda the issue. It has a hard time to actually cut hair. The foil "smooth" shaver is a joke though. Leaves so much skin burn and does not leave anything smooth. I've found it's best to use the clippers to get it low then just use a razor for a true smooth finish with no rash.

So, to be honest I was expecting just another razor that would still leave nicks and cuts. I went into training with trepidation, which turned out to be utterly unwarranted. The trimmer has outperformed any I’ve used in the past. I am clean shaven around all my bits, and it was completely painless!
